in contact with the bench. Now reach back with your back leg so that when you drop down to the bench, your knee of your front leg doesn’t move forward.

Now you’re ready, drop down so that back of your thigh touches the bench and repeat.  Now you can add the punch movement.  Punch just across the center of your body.  After you have done 10, switch legs and repeat.  Have fun!
